By creating an account or using Headsix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Headsix.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
You retain ownership of your music selections and curation. By using Headsix, you grant us a license to display your selections publicly on your profile page.

Headsix owns the platform, its design, and code. Spotify owns all track metadata, album art, and branding displayed through their API. Users own their curation and selection choices.
Track metadata and album art are displayed via the Spotify API and are subject to Spotify's Terms of Use. All tracks link to Spotify.
Headsix relies on third-party services including Spotify, Supabase, and Vercel. We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their services.
Headsix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
